This is a BRAND new forum. I am looking for those above positions to help me get the forum going (in terms of posts) and to help moderate it once it is all set. Global Moderators and Moderators must know how to moderate the forum effectively. The Graphic Artists have to have some sort of experience in graphics as they will be in charge of that section.
